Bon anniversaire, les jumeaux!

Daniela and Nicolás had their 8th birthday earlier this month. They celebrated with all their classmates at the Double Fond ("double bottom"), a fun magic theater in the Marais neighborhood. After the magic show they had a workshop where the kids learned to perform a few tricks. And then the standard cake and presents.

At the end of the party we took a cab home and after the kind driver helped us put the bags with presents in the luggage compartment we learned that the luggage supplement you have to pay Parisian taxi drivers also applies to small packages.
